Eclipse Hex File Viewer – ehep.sourceforge.net
Today I found myself doing byte comparisons of XML files and wasn’t getting the expected results so I wanted an easy way to view the hex contents of the files to see what might be wrong. Sure enough, it had to do with non-printable chars (i.e. carriage return line feeds and such). This tool helped me out: http://ehep.sourceforge.net/. It is a very quick install and hasn’t caused any problems to my environment. Check it out.
